Well, I bought an FXR4 last week so we could do the bags and fairings for both bikes. I am working on the molds for the bags to fit the FXRs right now, and as soon as that is done, I will start work on the fairing molds.
I look forward too!
I recently bought the retro t-sport saddlebags and they are awesome quality..the fairing should be in the same area!
Garry, cannnot wait to get an update..
There are several variations of both fairings. RP fairings from 89ish and below have the dummy lights on the top and 90ish and up have them in the gauge cluster. Some have the speaker in the side and some dont. They also came with the pursuit lights (the two extra lights in front). RT fairings get a little more complicated because some had extra gauges, radios and little extra luxury items. RT's didnt come with the pursuit lights but they had little ac vents instead. Now the RD is the "grand touring" the more rare one of the three. This one had all the bells an whistles. Hard glove box, extra gauges and radio. I'm sure someone will chime in and give some better insight or correct any mistakes I might have thrown out. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info. I had an 85 FXRT with trunk, saddlebags, pursuit lights, crashbar, footboards and lowers. I think it had a few gages in the fairing, and the radio up top. I was wondering what the RP had that my RT didn't.
