Default sissy bar

Hello. I was wondering if a sissy bar off a 2002 wide glide will fit a 2012 streetbob? Thanks in advance

In a word, No, pre 06 rear ends are narrower than newer bikes. The 02's were 7.5" and newer ones are 8.5 to 11.

We can custom make any design sissy bar if you are looking for a specific look.

From very simple round stock bent, to something like this: Or anything else you can think of. These design are both under 100 for just the bars with powder coat, no pads or emblems.

Those particular bars bolt on just like stock Harley. I tap them for 1/4x28 bolts. Most bars unless you request different I use 9/16 square stock or 1/2 round stock.
If you have a welded on bar now you can send me your current setup and I will remove it and build you a new one in it's place.
Really not many if any limitations.

Would I need the brackets to mount those to the fender struts?

We are working on a new detachable bracket system but it is not available yet so for now yes you would need the stock type brackets to mount these.

Yes, as long as it has the standard 1-1/4" bolt hole spacing for the sissy bar attachment, if it has anything else I just need to know so I may accommodate.

I use Harley detachables on mine since I don't like having them on the bike all the time.
