This is a link to the cover I am considering. I am fairly certain it is the cover from your set up.

Yes, it will fit the SE round air cleaner, and the Ness Big Sucker, and the Fuel Moto Stage 1 perfectly.

It will not be as low profile, because the actual air cleaner behind the cover sticks out more than the DK Set up. However, it will give you more leg room than the football cover.

Looks good. That exact setup is on my winter mods list.

I'm a little confused by the 'outlaw breather' bolts, however. Are they just open to the atmosphere? Is water intrusion an issue? I'm guessing DK has this figured out, but I'm not sure I quite understand what the breather system's all about.

The outlaw breather bolts from DK vent to the atmosphere , I did not have a problem with water intrusion.

When riding water intrusion is not an issue, even in sustained heaving rain.

When washing it is best not to direct a stream of water directly at the bolts, or do what I do, masking tape them off, then you don't need to worry about it.

Inside the bolt is a channel and a small reservoir, there are there is a mesh screen, then some foam filter material, then an outside mesh screen.

The reason to vent the hot oily air into the atmosphere is that your bike likes cool dry air in the intake. It will run better and have less carbon build up.

With all our Outlaw air cleaners there is also the option of the traditional hose and filter breather system, which accomplishes the same benefit as the breather bolts.

Kinda figured something like that. Thanks for the response and the reassurance.
