Many times, it's just heredity.

The good thing is you are now aware of the problem, and steps can now be taken to minize it.

You MAY find yourself on medication for it, when diet and exercise aren't enough.

We just lost a 23 year old Airman who was in GREAT shape to a heart condition.....so it just happens.

I sincerely apologize. I didn't mean to imply anything. I was speaking more of myself. I like to drink. My step dad died this summer from alcoholism. It was a wakeup call.

Glad you're ok man. I see it all the time. Guys try to deny the pain or downplay it when men are more susceptible to heart attacks. Glad you were heads up. Feel better.
