Default Stripped down dyna handlebars?

Has anybody seen or personally stripped down their dyna handlebars? As in removing turn signals, horn and relocate the start button to get a bare looking set of handlebars? I'm contemplating doing this. I understand the signals and horn are there for a reason, but I'm just toying with the idea. I'm trying to get a more bare, custom look to my bike. I don't have the funds to build my own. I tried doing a search, but couldn't find much on it. I ride a 2000 fxd. Thanks.

How far are you planning to strip them down? Keeping the stock controls? Buying all new controls?

To get much of a difference other than relocating turn signals, you need to go with aftermarket controls.

I am doing this next week to my 00 FXD.

Push button starter solenoid cover.

Banjo brake light switch.

Replacing and relocating Kill switch and High/Low switch.

Everything else going away.

I did this on my softail with the use of a Grip Ace that I got through Exile. No switch housings at all. I made some aluminum spacers to take their place. The grip ace mounts in the left grip and controls the starting, signals, and horn if you have one although the softail has no horn.

I'm looking to pretty much do exactly what CM22 described. VVVV
