Saddlebag spacers

I mounted up my saddlebags just to see if I could stand to see the Super Glide with bags on it. they didn't look bad, but the factory spacers make the bags sit Little to far out. I took out the factory spacers and used some washers to got them to sit a Little closer, and it looked much nicer. I went to the local Lowe's and I couldn't find any spacers that would work, has anyone found spacers and what sizes have they used? Heres a link to my saddlebags.

Go to Ace hardware or an industrial hardware store. They should have what you need.

My local HD dealer has a tray of chrome spacers that fit on a 3/8 bolt - they range from 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and 1". Depending on the size there just a couple of bucks.
