Question What size wheels are these
I cannot indentify the size of these wheels, please help

Looks like a 21 up front and 18 on the rear to me.

21x3.5 or 3.25 on the front. The rear looks like either a 17x6.25 or 18x5.5 I tend to think it is a 17 as the tire looks really wide and a 200 tire will be wider on a 6.25 rim than a 5.5.

I mean the rear fender, front fender is cool, the rear fender is like dirt bike fender.
Different folks different strokes

rear looks like a 260 40 18. You can almost read it.

They are the Thunderbike's "Open Mind" wheels.

According to their website (click link) available in multiple sizes.
