Custom Dynamics integrated LED tail light / blinker setup
After installing Leatherpro's Retro T-Sport bags on my FXD I decided to go with the Custom Dynamics integrated tail light on my bike. I snapped a few pics tonight while installing the tail light so people who were interested in the same setup had a better idea of what CD offered.
The tail light installed in just a few seconds and is literally a plug & play setup. The light comes with the ability to be ran with existing blinkers or by itself. I had the whole thing wrapped up in about 2 mins. You will have to excuse the quality of my pics, I took them with an older cell phone. The blinker, brake, and running light are all very bright and clear. I am running the smoke lense with the license plate light.
Once installed, I noticed that my blinkers did not flash and just stayed lit when activated. I then ran the wires from my old blinker into the attached port and the whole setup began to work. I then realized that I needed to install a load equalizer. I had read on this forum numerous threads on whether a load equalizer was needed or not. The general consensus is that the only thing that will happen is your blinkers flashing faster than normal. This was no big deal to me so I didnt purchase one. Well, now I wish I had. I ended up buying the Custom Dynamics "Slim Line Street Magic Signal Stabalizer" (load equalizer) tonight and am awaiting its delivery. It puts out no heat and puts no load on the electrical system.

In the first pic it looks like he just got a bolt to match the front strut bolt. Its got the quick detach mount hardware so thats filling the hole where his sigs used to be.
