Default Lowering Driver's Pegs

I want to lower the driver's footpegs an inch on my 2007 fxdwg to give me a little more room to stretch my legs. Plenty of peg raising and peg outward extending products but none to simply lower the peg an inch. My bike has the ground clearance for this to work. Are you aware of anyone who sells such an item? Thanks.

for more room i would look at going forward with them not down. but thats my personal opinion, i think down would be just lookign for trouble

Go forward not down When you corner the deeper you go the more chance of them catching pavement

Yea, sometimes my heels make contact with the deck and drag as it is. An inch lower would DEFINITELY make my heels touch the ground.

But seeing as how you can only "lower" your pegs with forwards cuz with mids ur exhaust would be in the way, I'm assuming you already have forward controls?

It's a Wide Glide so I have forward controls and couldn't use extended forward controls. My bike's ground clearance is 6.2" so I've got the room to lower the pegs an inch (2012 WG clearance is 4.2").

Why couldn't you use the extended forwards?
Maybe a different saddle is an option??

Don't you make the occasional turn?

Your logic is faulty. You pick only one dimension, ground clearance, not knowing where this measurement was taken, then compare it to your bike, which is 5 years older, and conclude that, if that bike can get away with such low ground clearance, then I can lower my pegs 1". Duh!

You can lower your pegs 1" but your heels will annoyingly reduce your lean angle. That's what you're not hearing.
