Ok I'm going to go the road less traveled. I would do the pipes first as your tune will be close enough and you will save at least 300 bucks by only paying for one tune.
I would also recomend doing the service after the dyno tune.

You'll likely find that power becomes addictive, and will probably want more especially after experiencing the way the bike feels with the cam. The problem is, in order to take it to the next level, the motor work you do will mean changing to a different cam costing you more money.
I would start off with a great 2-1 pipe, one that will work with all future mods. Then I would decide on the the size of motor that I would ultimately want (say a 107") then do the cams that match best.
Just my opinion based on my experience. If you're sure a cam is all you want than go to it. Good luck with the build.
