my lowrider has been sittin in my garage now for about a week. Its too cold to even think about riding it so Im pretty bumbed out. Winter in pa has just started so i think it'll be a while. I love this bike though, it looks so pretty and sounds better than I imagined. Anyone know what an inspection will cost me, and where to get one? Man I cant wait to ride this bike.
I heard THAT! But Congratulations!! Welcome to the Lowrider club...I bought my bike last January and they brought it out in a trailer.......when there was 3 feet of snow....but I didn't care...now you have to wait but it's worth it. Make sure you go visit the oil forum and get some synthetic oils to break that baby in right. Check out the redline website at www.redlineoil.com go to autozone and check the Mobil1Vtwin 20w50....there is an unlimited amount of stuff you can plan for your bike while you are waiting for Spring....just don't start it up every 5 minutes because that is not good for the engine...
Oh yeah....Todd its Punxatawney Phil not Punxatawney Phyllis...wtf?
Im actually from the philadelphia area. Hopefully we can ride someday on some good stretch of road. Im really having trouble deciding though whether to put syntehtic or regular harley oil. Im leaning toward the regular stuff. I haven't heard many good things about synthetic in harleys. I'll def check out that site though what was is redlineoil.com?
