ive heard of people wanting to go to polyurethane or rigid mounts on there dynas.
i want to know which would be better for my 2012 dyna street bob, why that one would be better, where can i get this part, and what else would i want to do along with the motor mount (besides suspension) ?
The HD dealer told me he could order me a different type of front mount that was better than the stock one, but it would cost me about $160.
Everything up here at HD is twice the price of parts in the US.

I'd ask him to elaborate. Never heard of another front motor mount for a Dyna besides stock.
Solid mounts on a non-counter balanced engine? That makes about as much sense as a screen door on a submarine. A better option would be to keep the stock mounts and add a engine stabilizer like the True Track.
I used poly in front end of my classic car. Big mistake. Ride way too harsh. Rubber would have been much better.
Yes that +1. I have a mate who used them in a VW Vr6 and the motor had the feel of a solid mount. When it's time for me to change my dyna mounts i will try to buy the best rubber mounts that money can buy at the time. Not sure that that would be. Do screamin eagle have any ?.
