Will a Ultima 140cube engine fit into a 1994 Dyna Wide Glide ??? Thanks

Im pretty sure the 140 platform needs frame "adjustments" to fit but I would confirm with Ultima. In my FXR the 127 platform (131 from Jireh) fits fine but is tight. I was told the 140 would not fit without cutting the frame for clearance. Your Dyna might have more room
