Mean Mothers vs Straiht Shots

My Mean Mothers have a real deep hot rod sound which makes them stand out in a sea of Straight shots at bike night. With the stepped pipes and louvered cores there is good performance to boot. I have had them a year and i like hearing them just as much as the first day. As a matter of fact, I have yet to hear a bike that has better sounding pipes. These Mean Mothers were perfect for me, the sound, the looks, the performance.

I can't comment on the mean mothers, nor the Straight Shots specifically, but as far as Vance & Hines goes, there are a lot of people that have V&H pipes. So if you want to be different then maybe you will want to go with a different pipe. My personal opinion is that the reason so many people have V&H pipes is because they are great quality, sound and performance. Just my 2 cents.
