So on the 6th of February I committed and bought some new bars. I went with the west coast t bars. I figured American company with a good reputation. I dont mind waiting two weeks for bars. Holy chubby chaser was I wrong. Its almost been a month, and my order is still "Processing" No response to emails or voicemail. Seriously though, no heres the even crappier part...I go in for shoulder surgery this wednesday. So my bikes been apart for a month, just waiting, and now I wont be able to ride for a good while. Sweet. Buyers beware. Better off going DeathSquad or Southeast Customs
that would make me very uneasy. i'd try to find a number and call. if still no response, i'd probably cancel the order and/or call the credit card or paypal and cancel payment. In my onion, that's way too long without any correspondence.
I concur, that's way too long to get no response at all. I'd send one last email cancelling the order due to no response, and then dispute the charge with the credit card company.
FWIW, I had great service from Wild 1 and loved their T-bars.
Well you should never remove anything until you have parts in hand. Even tho you have parts in hand, could be wrong parts. Been there done that, sorry to hear that.
I wanted a set of Santees for Christmas, one place was back ordered the other place took order and billed credit card. Then sent message that it was out of stock and back ordered. And would ship when it came in, but no ETA. So I canceled it and went a different direction.
I hate waiting or being scammed.
They're worth the wait. Their communication is lacking but they make a great product. I had to call and text him several times but he did come through.

Might be worth the wait for a "look" you really want but still no excuse for not communicating back.
Cancel and find them someplace else? Lots of other products will get you where you need to be.
I had cuff surgery last January. Rode my Electra to physical therapy every day in march. And probably could have sooner had the weather broke. Work the shoulder the day after little by little and get out of the sling quickly. You'll be riding sooner than you think. Assuming its a cuff repair and not a bionic arm implant.
