Rear Wheel Alignment
Seems I misunderstood your post, thought you were concerned about the wheel not centered in the swingarm or in alignment with the front wheel. The Muds Tool is for axle alignment in the swingarm only as it measures the axle centerline from the swingarm pivot point. It is still possible to get the wheel off center by using incorrect spacers on the axle or placing the spacers back in the wrong location. After you get the wheel and spacer assembled correctly the wheel can still be out of alignment with the rubber mount system in the frame. A good manual outlining vehicle alignment will describe the process suggested in my previous post.
