I'm interested in fitting these to my Streetbob but rather the look of the half moon style footboard, anyone know if its a straight swop between footboard styles once this kit is fitted?

The floorboards used at 2012 and up FLD models' set up and in the 50500247 Rider Footboard Kit are so called "narrow" mounting (like used at Softail and Touring models), so IMO half moon style will fit.
can you get the foot boards with out the controls?
I already have forwards...
Wont work. The bracket for the footboards doubles as the mount for your controls and you'll need a different brake lever and different shift inboard shift lever.

Yes it is... I'm using OEM boards off a Street Glide on mine.
Added these over the weekend. Piece of cake.Took about 2 hours for me probably take more experienced guys less. Didnt touch the primary. I do have the mid shift shaft laying back there and need to figure a way to secure it and the other thing is the supplied cap doesnt fit over the mid shift spline so will need to figure out a way to cover that also.
Put 70 miles on er with the new set up trying to get used to it and I absolutely love it. I feel way more comfortable and attached to the bike than I did with Pegs (I'm 5'9 30 inch inseam). I was always worried forwards would be too far for me and this alternative is Egggggzactly what I was hoping for. Will post some pics tonite when I get home.
