If its like the PCV tuner I got from Fuel Moto there are 3 pots on the tuner that let you make slight adjustments in 0-2k, 2-4k, and 4-6k range. I was still having a fair amount of pop after I got my canned map and all I did was bump the 0-2k about 2% and the 2-4k about 5%. So about 1/3 turn and a 1/2 turn on the ***** on the tuner. (They'll go up to 10%) My decel pop is nearly completely gone. I can still get a pop if I blip the throttle as I decel but other than that, it runs so great. Maybe that'll give ya something to look at...
USMC , call dynojet directly, they will help you with fuel maps. There are even maps posted on their site for different set-ups. Somehow I don't think a bracket will change your exhaust unless the pipe is hanging off the bike. And new pipes will pop and throw flames a lot more when they are new until a coat of carbon forms on the inside. It does not damage the bike in any way, and when my pipes stopped popping I actually missed that cool sound!
If I remember right the tables are alittle different they go off % of throttle. I think you fatten it up in the 0% throttle position to get rid of decel pop.
This.

It will have one fuel table if It's in basic mode and front and rear tables if It's in advanced mode. Go in the fuel tables and add about 10 units at zero percent throttle from 1500 up. Do not add fuel at idle. If it doesn't help try more. If it doesn't help or gets worse try less. 9 times out of 10 decel pop is lean, but I have had ones go the other way. If you're not comfortable doing this or it still doesn't run well have it dyno tuned. It's never going to run great without a tune. You're leaving a lot on the table.
well if its lean when why does it shoot a flame ? not saying your wrong just soaking up knowledge i am gonna try all these things tomarrow
