Another dreaded eletrical thread... Pls HELP!
ok so let me first state that I have searched a dozen or so threads about this topic but couldn't find an answer.
bike is a 2012 street bob, I converted the rear fender to a pre 09, bought a new tail light base, new tail light harness from a 2012 superglide, and a integrated tail light from custom dynamics. It was all plug and play but I am having an issue with it.
When i press the brake the amber leds light up along with the brake light. when i unplug the signal connecters the brake run operates normally. I have a feeling its because of the run turn brake feature that the bike came with stock. So my question is there a way around that module?

2012 bike has the canned bus system . Bike can be programmed for the rear tail lights to stay on like running lights . My guess would be thaat the tail light assembly is /was not set up for canned bus . Your dealer can hook up there laptop and probably program the bus right
