Default Is this repairable?

I am new to the motorcycle community and still learning the ins and outs of the bike. I picked up a Dyna Low Rider that needed a little work. What is the part in the picture called and is it repairable or do I have to replace the whole fork assembly?

Thanks!

Yes you can't fix that.
very light torque on those bolts.
I replaced those on mine with stainless and use never-seeze on them. inch pounds on them. I have a torque wrench in inch pounds that I use on them.
there is a tightening sequence too.

eBay is great for finding fork legs-I would give that a shot. If you know what year the bike is you could probably track down a part number as well.

What year and bike is that? I have a set of legs that I will let you have for a MUCH more than reasonable rate. They are powdercoated black and are not perfect but are intact...You can have them for what I paid for the raw forks. I wouldn't charge anyone for the powder job...
