I cant remember what they are off the top of my head, but you can get the dimensions off the instruction sheet if you can find it and get the bolts at Lowe's. I think I paid about $5 for my hardware for my ebay find.

Just picked up some last week. Found some chrome ones at local co-op
3/8" x 1-1/4" 16
Use 1 flat and 1 lock washer on each mounting bolt.
If the mounting holes haven't been used in awhile or still have the plastic plugs on them its a good idea to run a tap thru the treads

There's a set screw in the diagram that I guess the peg tightens into to hold either position. I could just use a bolt and cut off the head, but I suppose its probably a small threaded rod with a recessed allen head in it.

You can get em at most hardware stores.
Make sure you use a thread locker so they will not screw in or out.
