Default Deuce wheel install question

I installed a deuce wheel on my superglide. Now my brake in the rear is dragging, so that's not good. I installed the brake rotor side bearing all the way in the wheel, and when I installed the other bearing, it would only go far enough in to where about 1/8" was sticking out of the hub still. I installed the wheel as a test fit and the spacer on the rotor side was loose. I didn't have to use a hub plate on the brake rotor side, only the pulley side. Will a wheel installation kit get me the correct spacers to make it work? I am just using the spacers and bearing spacer from my original laced wheel.

Did you use a flat spacer behind the disk side bearing? If not that is likely the issue.

The install kit makes it easy. It comes with parts for different dynas and has clear instructions.

I just bolted my disc directly to the deuce wheel, no spacer or anything behind it. And there was no spacer for inside the bearing cup. Guess ill go pony up the 70 bones for the correct kit.
