Default Complete front-end upgrade

So far I've got these parts. A big Thanks to the forum guys that sold me stuff it helped buying from here to keep the costs down. Import duties are a bitxh!!!!
Fatbob lowers
Brembo calipers 2010 roadglide
2 rotors 300mm
11/16 master cylinder
Fork brace
Fork gators
Traxxion springs
Amsoil 10w
Speed merchants fork adjusters
Intiminators
Polyurethane bushings
Mounting bracket for Arlen Ness fairing

I'm still waiting on the Magnum braided cables for the dual brakes and a Ness louvred fairing.Should be here in a few more days.

So, I'm gonna need some tools and was thinking of a mityvac pump a caliper to measure the sag any other suggestions?

I'm gonna get protaper bars and forbidden risers next and some more powdercoating a new paint job I'm tired of the Denim.
Also want to do the HID set up but that should be easy enough cos I can buy that stuff here.I'll post up pics as I progress

Sounds like what I'm running, other than the dual disc. The pro tapers and suspension upgrades were the best money I've spent on my bike. I just bought a HID setup from Ryan Smith on the Dyna FaceBook page, I think he runs the Low Cash Clothing company and you could look him up that way too. It was $56 shipped and has great reviews from everyone who is running his set up. I'm looking to change colors too, I need a change and a little more bling.

Well I followed the thread you started cos I had to find a way to upgrade the front suspension.
I got the Ohlins on the back and then the front was really harsh as if it was two different bikes welded together! and I can't do the the drop in cartridge so thanks to you and fabrikator Rooti and others that contributed I'm able to do this upgrade.

That's why I think these forums are so great there's a wealth of knowledge and experience that people are willing to share.

Your going to love the upgrades but after putting in the 10w amsoil I kinda wish I put the 5w in. If you have a newer dyna I would consider it.

As far as the front end sag goes...take some measurements before the install and use some zip tie on the bottom of the tubes when its all back together. When you sit on the bike the zip ties will rest where the forks collapsed to and you can measure the difference when you get off of the bike.

I used a marine pump to pump out the old fluid

Hey rooti, I agree with the 5w call. My ride still seems too harsh, I plan on switching to the 5w at the same time I put some gators on - still deciding on which ones.

Brian at ricor suggested I go with the 5w (of course after I put in the recomended 10w) for the ride I'm looking for. I think ricor should change the recomendations on their website for the late model dyna's

5W is still too viscous (high speed compression hit giving a harsh ride).
2Wt would be closer, maybe even 0Wt.

I switched to 5w with my Intiminators last year and it is an improvement. It feels like the front is more in tune now with the Ricor rear shocks.

I'm planning to change to 5wt when I pull my valves out for mods.
