Maybe tons of things that are NOT what he is looking for. Those are saddlebag support brackets to install saddlebags on a Dyna. He has a Switchback, which already has hard saddlebags from the factory. He is looking for SADDLEBAG GUARDS for a Switchback.

+1----- and unfortunately those guards made by the German company look great but mount to the swing arm.. there is a guy on the switchback owners site currently working on his own design.. hopefully they work because a bunch of us would like something
They're here!! HD has listened to our nagging. Mine are delivered, & will be installed this weekend.
My wife has a FLD and I was looking for guards because she cracked one of the hard bags when she dropped it. The HD guards mount to the bag itself so I didn't think it would really provide the protection I was looking for. Instead I converted the Switchback to leather bags. 50% more space, no cracks if it gets dropped again, and a unique look.

Reason: Spelling
I've heard that same argument- if the bike falls over chances are the back screws would pull through as well creating more damage.
Would the engine guards along with the bag guards help displace the weight at all? I don't care to try as one little tip over that would have left nothing on my husband's Road King cracked my bag on the font panel.
