I have ordered many things from Zanottis the past several months and luckily I have never had any problems with the items that I ordered until now. The chrome outter primary that I ordered for my 06 Dyna SG, had a defect in the primary itself which prevented the chrome end cap from snapping into the hole where the old mid control shifter shaft was locoated. Apparently the metal sleve inside of the hole that the mid control shifter shaft was locoated, was seeted too deeply for the chrome cap to set into. I then called up Zanottis and informed them of the problem and they were great. They said they would put a new one on order for meand to just send the defective one back to them. What a top notch company! Its just sad that I can not get that kind of price combined with true customer service from any of mylocal dealers. I was always wandering how helpful zanottis would be if I ever had a problem and now I know that their service is every bit as great as their prices.
Almost everything HD (except the 06 SB) I've bought from them. Always good to deal with. And the prices including shipping are on average 20% cheaper than what I can buy it for here in Canada at the stealer.
I appreciate your honesty. I too have heard so many good things on here but was not sure how well they would handle a situation like you had. I will feel alot safer as my first Zanottis purchase should come soon.
I've dealt with Zanotti's for the past 3 years and have always found them to provide top notch service. Another discounted HD parts vendor that I've had a whole lot of experience (all positive) with is M&M Cycle in Ohio. Great people to deal with and like Zanotti's and Chicago HD, they have a nice price checker feature on the website.
Yeh I'm fixin to order several hundreds of $$ worth of stuff from Chicago HD and with their 20% off I'm saving big bucks, even including paying shipping, over what my local suckazz dealer would charge before tax. Then they wonder why their dealership is always empty....
I just ordered handlebars, clutch cable, and brake line for a Street Bob from Zannottis and found it $10 cheaper than Surdyke or Chicago HD. Sometimes it's cheaper, sometimes not. Pays to check them all.
okie can someone explain how zanottis wedsite works cus to shop you have to pick from a catalog? so do you go by the catalog price you find or call them to order and get their price on it. just kind of a poorly done site, could be a bit more user friendly.
isen`t that crazy i ukse chicago h.d. and get same great service had one problem that wasen`t even there fault and they took care of it immediately and gave part to me at cost and no shipping, and i live in the northwest and its funny to see latus harley who is in my area, and they give us sh**, but they sponser here on this forum, but no discounts, i don`t know what it cost them to have a add on here, they might be better served giving local cust, a break thounsands of dollors are leaving to zanotties and chicago
