I've dealt with Zanotti's for the past 3 years and have always found them to provide top notch service. Another discounted HD parts vendor that I've had a whole lot of experience (all positive) with is M&M Cycle in Ohio. Great people to deal with and like Zanotti's and Chicago HD, they have a nice price checker feature on the website.
DGlide, thank you for the M&M link. I checked out some prices were cheaper than anywhere I've seen.
Zanotti's doesn't do alot for us Pa residents due to the 6% tax. Also, if any of you ever stop in to the stealership, I guarantee you wouldn't have so many good things to say about them. I have never been to a squealership with a bunch of more arrogant azzholes in my life. Tim
I just checked their prices and they are very good. My local dealer is a dud. They are a new shop owned by someone in another city. No discounts even for a HOG member. If local you can accumulate points to be used for some future purchase. [:@]
I have bought a few things there just in case I need to take my bike in for something I cannot do myself. I BS more with the mechanics, good people.
Except for that I will now buy all my parts online.
Bought a detachable windshield from Zanottis. When I recieved it one of the clamps was broke. I called them and talked to a "real" person. Said they would send me a replacement clamp ASAP. I recieved 4 days later. Nothing but good things to say about these guys
I appreciate your honesty. I too have heard so many good things on here but was not sure how well they would handle a situation like you had. I will feel alot safer as my first Zanottis purchase should come soon.
They are an awesome business to deal with; very organized. My only worry is they don't go out of their way when it comes to packaging. I got my HD script battery trim last week via UPS in the original HD box which was busted open from poor handling. All was well once opened and like everyone else, it was cheaper for me to buy on line and have delivered than to trudge into Omaha, NE and visit the dealer.
I live in PA and buy all my toys for the Superglide from Zanotti's. They are the best bunch of guys you could ever deal with! I talk to them so much, I feel like we have been friend's forever! Even paying the 6% sales tax because I am a Pennsylvanite still isnt bad at all! I can have my parts in a matter of 3 days the majority of the time and returns are very easy also!
