As you can see I'm measuring next to the axle which isn't even at the widest point and it is already larger than 11.5"
Measuring the rear rotor the identical way, this is how it looks
I would say the front rotor is 11.8" and the rear is 11.5". Both hubs diameters look to be 2.25". I just need to find a way to confirm this. I'd also like to find out if all 11.8" rotors are the same. This has been one of the most difficult changes I'll be making to my bike. I have more time researching what is gonna fit than working for the money to buy the damn things. I do really appreciate everyones help. It just gets a little exhausting. I been looking at rotors for two months, I'm starting to see them in my sleep!!
Ok, so I found a seller on ebay that is putting together a 11.8" front and 11.5" rear rotor kit with new chrome hardware for me. He is also hooking me up with a sweet matching rear drive pulley. Thanks to everyone for helping out with this! Much appreciated!

I have been dealing with Mark at choppershop1. I told him specifically it was for an 07 FXDB. He sold me both rotors(11.8 front and 11.5 rear), 66 tooth pulley and spacer with all chrome hardware for $325. I sure hope its the right spacer, I would be pretty disappointed if it wasn't right. What should it look like? Any pointers?

You can lay the two pulleys down on there mating surface (new pulley with spacer) side by side, pulley teeth should be at the same height.
Also clean all your threads with contact or brake cleaner and use red loc-tite on the pulley bolts.
Thanks for the tips. Im getting all new hardware so I wont have to clean the treads much. I've been a professional mechanic for half my life so I'm very familiar with brake clean and thread lock. I have gone through kcint for other items before, no complaints. Choppershop1 replied to six or seven emails before kcint replied to my first. In my opinion he earned my buisness.
