I want my rear fender on my 12 fxdc to sit lower to the tire...preferably as low as i can without it rubbing....what is the best way to achieve this?? Is it as simple as throwing in some new springs?? Any input or pics would be great thanks...
Burly slammer shocks, I'm pretty sure they are the shortest on the market @ 10.5". that's what I run.

One of the easiest mods you'll do. 4 bolts and you're done, you need a way to get the back end off the ground though. They are quite a bit stiffer as they only have about 1.5" of travel but not uncomfortable for me at all. I do 500mi+ per day no problem.
