Time for motor work!
***updated 06/20/13**
well I got her together and barely got her started for the first heat cycle...she sounded good for the 30 seconds she was running. tried to start her again but battery was too low so ill get her into the street for a test ride tonight after the battery is charged. Ill post up the ride report Friday morning.

Update 06/02/13
Got a minute to check the ring gaps, install rings, clean my throttle body, IAC and then tinted the headlight shield of my quarter fairing.
Here's a few pics

**update 05/28/13** looks like sdc, sends the heads out to a few big name companies I cant afford lol
but with that said I did find a shop to do the headwork, spoke to Wink at Winks custom cycles in Orange ca and he will be doing the job for me.
it should take him about a week to complete the job. ill get him the heads tomorrow and start assembling the piston rings and install them along with the cylinders.
once the engine is assembled I plan on putting around 500 miles on it to break it in after some heat cycles and once that's done Mickey cohen will be dyno tuning her again.
05/27/13- well I ordered a 106 big bore kit a few months ago to compliment my woods tw6-6 cams and finally decided it was time to get off my butt and start tearing the bike down.
I had her torn down in a few hours, was pretty surprised at all the build up on the pistons, the front which is shown was worse.
I will most likely get my headwork done by the guys at san diego customs
but will know for sure tomorrow once I talk to chip
ill try and update this thread as I go...

Had mine torn down on sunday and had a lot of buildup on the pistons after 20k miles, but they were both even. Maybe you have something off a bit whether it's a tuning or injector issue .. I don't know.
Just finished basically the same thing last week (big bore & ported heads). You're going to love the extra power. And there can't be many things more satisfying than hearing a motor run that you built yourself.
