Pro One Fork Stem Clunk

I have an '05 Super Glide. The whole front end is Pro One. Recently I have noticed my fork stem clunk and raise up a little bit when I pull on the front brakes. I tried to tighten the hex bolt underneath the upper triple tree but it still does it. Any suggestions?

Post a pic of the setup, that will allow a more informed answer. What kind of fork stop setup do you have?

Off hand I would think it is time to check the bearings and properly set the fall away.
