Love the paint scheme. I'm really surprised it isn't more popular. The Aussies, and I think the Europeans get a 2013.5 model that has that paint with red wheels and finally the 103 (they don't have the H-D1 program and only got 96" Street Bobs until the .5 model came out.)

It's one of those paint sets you have to see in person. The website does it no justice at all.
Where are you ordering your Black gas cap from? I have been looking for a flush mount in black but i would want to change my fuel gage out to match it too.

Harley. They've had a kit out for quite some time now.
Cool, Thanks for the info. i had been looking at the aftermarket shops on line and counldn't find what i wanted. lol I never thought about Harley having them.
I wanted to do an H-D1 Order with the same Big Blue Pearl/Vivid Black paint and the 103 but with the red wheels, however, the day I went into the Dealer was the day after HD stopped taking orders for 2013. Argh!
I've been struggling since then with whether I should wait until the end of Aug when HD is supposed to start taking H-D1 order for 2014s or buy off the floor....
At this point, it looks like I'll be waiting till Aug.

Enjoy you ride!
You should wait cuz you will save a ton with getting it from the factory...

Yup...agreed. I've been learning a lot lately just lurking around here (I'm new to the HD world). I've come to conclude that some of the things (wheels for example) I want will be more cost effective coming from the factory but some other things might be better (exhaust for example) doing myself, after the fact.
Just tough to wait till Aug/Sep considering if I had gone into the dealer 1 day earlier, I would be riding something very similar to the OP's bike TODAY.
