I think the black wheels really suit it. Mine came with red wheels but they weren't for me. I got them swapped by the dealer before I got it. Looked too 'clownie' for my liking. I'm sure some like it but I only like the red rims on black bikes
So did a few things to the bike so far. Didn't want to start a new thread for it, but here's a couple pics.
Road 6 10 inch bars, PC'd the head light trim ring, risers, top clamp, A/C and the dash. The black dash really ties the tank together. Oh, added flushmount caps too.
Looking very nice, wonder what the gloss flush caps would look like on my black denim? Google here I come.
Does Google have an app where you can see what something looks like on your bike before buying it?
BTW, 203CRE, although I bought an FXDC I love the BOB and your bike and ideas are spot on! Let us know your thoughts and ideas regarding performance mods. Mine is two weeks old and I am having fun exploring options. You won't believe the number of choices! The guys on this forum are a wealth of info.

I'm having the dealer do them while they're doing the 1000 mile or I would do just that for ya. I do know you either have to crack the primary open or deal with the mid shifter shaft poking through. The rest of it should be very straight forward I would think.
Been away from the boards for a while and I come back and see Cree is on a Dyna now. Welcome to Dyna world
As to that guy saying he works at a place where some people talk bad about Sportsters and he is wondering if he should get one... to hell with what people think, get what you want.
