Rode the bike all day blinkers stopped working about 5 minutes before I got home... after the bike sat for an hour or so I went to fire it up, nothing. You can hear the fuel injection go when you turn the key, dash lights up, but I hit start and nothing... not a peep! Any suggestions?
check battery connections then starter solenoid. My guess is it would be that if its not even making a peep. Power isn't moving past that first connection.

try jump starting off another battery, if it fires up battery is probally gone..
Same thing happened to me some months back, my front left turn signal took a **** on my to work, I parked and forgot about it, when I went to leave my bike wouldnt start. Check the fuses, check the battery. Use a multimeter and make sure you're getting clean connections. Took me a very long time to trouble shoot and went through about 12 blown fuses before I lifted the bike up and checked under the rear fender.Turns out my rear turn signal/brake light wires had come undone and were sagging so much that my tire had been chewing through them. Spliced new wires, shrink wrapped em, reapplied to the inside of the fender AWAY from any potential tire contact and now no problems at all.Anecdotal, sure, but I was experiencing the same issue with the startup as you are.
