Not to jack your thread... but oh yeah I think there are just as many of us that prefer mags as opposed to spokes.. I have spokes right now.. and I hate 'em.. I have been trying to locate a 10 spoke 21" Revolver style wheel (think 08' fxstdse) style front wheel for some time..

Came up on one of my saved searches, good find . I'm looking for a 19". I picked up a rear 17" to powder coat...but looks to nice. Saving it for another build down the road. They're nice looking wheels. If the OP was in Calif. They would be knocking his door down to get those mags.

As hog pro stated the 08 was a 25mm axle. When you you do a search for the bearings od it states 53 mm. I've taken all the measurements and it comes out to be true.

As for the op anything can be adapted to work. You can get pretty much any bearing you would need from a bearing supplier. I found a cross over with a 53 mm OD and 3/4" Id to run the original softail rear axle.
