Perfect picture of what I was looking for. When you say this is the HD quick disconnect, does that mean its not the pieced together package, rather the one kit for $199 and its called the "tall" sissy bar?
Hey, the one in the picture is the taller of the two. that would be the STANDARD in the catalogue, Model 52877-10. You can go to the dealer and they will take both bars out of the boxes for you to compare.
What you see in the picture would be three items: The side plates, the Round Bar Upright (sissy bar) and the Backrest pad. Due to it being removeable youneed to get some other parts to add to the bike to accept the removeable unit.

Alansummrs, that is the same system I have but the wife wanted the bigger pad that wraps around her some so she doesn't feel like falling off sideways. I need to get the luggage rack mentioned above to keep my bag off the fender. Here is mine bad shot but was out riding on the west side of Ohau. Enjoy!.

I have that bigger backrest, if you need it, I will sell it at 1/2 HD price - it looks brand new. I can send a pic too.

As mentioned above, it was pieced together; backrest pad, sissy bar, quick disconnect sideplates, and luggage rack.

Nope! This is pieced together! I'm ordering the same one for the wife. Comes out just north of $400 with locks.
I need to get me one of those luggage racks.... makes bringing home a Mom's Apple pie from Julian, CA much.. MUCH easier than using a back pack. bwahaha
