A few minor mods
I finally got around to having my brake pedal modified for skate wheels so it matches the shifter mod. I cut the horizontal flange, blended it smooth and had a bung welded on with a threaded hole. I then sent the shifter lever and brake pedal to Joe at Powder pro for black PC (Thanks Joe!)
I changed out the HD Diamond Black grips for some silicone grips from Motogrip. Much better feel, especially in rain or with sweaty hands. The Diamond Black grips were hard to use without gloves (the only grip are the rubber bands on each end.)
The biggest change is the deletion of the HD LED mirrors. I had them upside down, but never loved the look. Go ahead and say it, I'll bet some others didn't care for the look either.
I like the concept of LED TS mirrors, but the HD versions are too long and awkward looking in an upside down position. In their place, I installed just one of these. It's convex and rigid mounted (no adjustment after it's tightened.) I may move it underneath, but I'm tired of looking at my arm instead of traffic.
Anyway, an excuse for some new photos.

Airport? What do you do? I am a private pilot and when I retire from my job in a couple of years I want to find part time work around airplanes. May get my CFI or commercial rating and do sightseeing flights.
