Another thumbs up for FuelMoto!
So I ordered a new AC and PV from FuelMoto last week and was informed by FedEx that it was waiting for me on my door step for when I returned home last night. Low and behold there are 5 packages on my door step 3 from UPS and 2 from FedEx but none of them were my parts or had any remote relation to my tracking #. So I call FedEx pissed last night asking WTF. They tell me well the driver notes that he left it at the door so it must be there. I assure them its not nor is it with any neighbors. Finally I get them to open a case to track down where my stuff is at and they dont even give me a case #. So that was my night.
Today I call FuelMoto the moment I get to the office to inform them of what had happened. Brian answers the phone and gets all my info and apologizes for something thats not even their fault and tells me they are going to get right on it to ensure my things are found and delivered. You can't beat customer service like that. FedEx could really learn something from these guys. So I am now waiting for my parts to show up and I am not too worried about it at this point with the people of FuelMoto on the case. FuelMoto has definitely earned my repeat business and my referral to others.

Fuel Moto has been great to me. I had an issue with a connector on one of their Micro EFI Tuners, and I called to let them know one of the wires kept coming loose. They shipped me a new unit and I had it the next day. Excellent customer service.
