Default reading design

has any one used this switch on/off, im going to install it to my headlight earth wire so I can kill the headlight when I want too start the bike,, I hate having a hard wired headlight,

I can't see the switch yer talking about. But I have toggled the head light before so I could switch it off to start the bike. I guess it helps send more CA to the starter.

I think you will find that when you press the starter button the light is switched off momentarily. There is a relay or some other device in the circuitry that does that. In other words adding a switch is doubling up and unnecessary.

Perhaps someone with a better knowledge of the electrics can chip in?
