Not a great picture but here are the Kuryakniso heel rests on Kury 3" extented controls - '06 "Sport Bob". They are terrific for long range riding. Have no experience with them on mid controls....
I have a WG and put on the Kuryakyn Switchblades about a month ago. I have ridden with them a few times and like theability to pullout the heel rest when I want to.The wide footpeg isnice too. Here is the link to the pegs.
Here is the HD heel rest on my FXD. Only had a chance to ride with them on once, not sure if it's going to be a keeper or not until I have more riding time.
Have some of the harley ones on my 07 Street Bob with forward controls. Wouldn't trade them for the world. Use to riding with floorboards as well and it was recomended by a friend. Glad I listened.
I've got the kuryakyn heel rest ISO pegs on the forwards on my 06 superglide. They considerably reduce fatigue in my opinion. Whole different world on long trips. In fact, I like them so well that I intend to replace them when I get done grinding them off on the asphalt.
Mrkicks..........you say those heel rest are HD??.....I never seen them in any HD accessory book.....Ya got a HD part number for them??......Thanks ....Great pic to !
Bought them off Ebay for about 1/2 of what they sold for originally. Part # is 50265-01, but I think it's discontinued. I found a set at one of the online dealers, Zanotti's or Chicago to compare prices and one of them did have a set in stock.
Got stilletto pegs from Kury with stirrups and they are the BOMB, for any long travel, you can come up with about 4-5 different foot positions with a stirrup on you pegs...............heres a Pic of my set up... http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y11...r/IMG_0244.jpg
