Been trying to tackle the infamous Carb farts on my bike for a very long time, seems to happen when bike is idling and I blip the throttle, bike even stalls after some carb farts but not always. I have checked everything, no intake leaks found, no exhaust leaks, tried adjusting Fuel/Air mixture screw, even contacted dynojet for advice and all I got was turn out the fuel/air mixture screw and carb fart is still there.
Bike has S&S style air cleaner, Screaming Eagle 1 slip ons and SE 203 Cams, dynojet carb kit, clip on 4th spot, 45 pilot and 185 main, carb cleaned and rebuilt with new slide and diagpram, Plugs look good.
Anyone have success eliminating these, if so how did you fix it.

Sure I've had success with the annoying, persistent carb fart. When I fixed the intake leak I swore I didn't have. New manifold ring gaskets at the head. New carb to intake rubber sleeve. Inspect the manifold carefully for cracks etc.
Mine is a 2001 and use to spit through the carb the same way. I had stock pipe with the SEII slip ons. The I switched to the V&H short shots and it stopped. Not sure why. My guess is it wasn't jetted right for those pipes originally on it.
With less than 100 miles on my 05 Deuce I installed a Big Sucker intake, V&H Big Shot Staggereds, and Dyno Jet carb kit. It would carb fart only occasionally, but just enough to really **** me off. I tried a number of jet and needle clip combos but it still happened, also with the occasional stall.
Now fast forward a couple of months after I installed a set of V&H quiet baffles (still could set off car alarms), with no other changes.... Never carb farted again. Not ever.
Now I assume that your SE slip ons have more back pressure than my BSS did, but still, based on my experience, I'll suggest that you might try some slightly more restrictive baffles, and start over again with the jet kit base settings. Worked for me.....
Normally the dynojet kits are a bit of a waste of money as they don't do anything special except make the bike run very rich i.e. throw fuel at the problem. Doesn't seem to have helped you though with the lean carb-farts off-idle.
The order I might suggest tackling this...
Try one size up pilot i.e. 47.
Replace the manifold to head seals. Even if you think you have no leaks these are the #1 culprit for leaks that cause these kind of problems. If you want to be certain of the seal then try the James blue silicone over-size seals.
Switch back to the stock main jet holder and emulsion tube and fit the 27094-88 (N65C) needle. This is a really popular fix for farts and for performance on the CV carb.
Get yourself a Mikuni carb. This is, in the end, the only 100% fix.

That's what I did. I threw away the aftermarket baffles and installed Vance And Hines baffles and it has been perfect since.
I went throught the same crap for months. I adjusted the accelerator pump to squirt fuel as soon as the throttle was turned. no more farts. I could have saved myself a whole lot of frustration if I only read the carb manual, it was one of the troubleshooting topics.. I hate reading the destuctions first. I'll learn one of these days.
On my 2002 FXD carb, stock jets, K&N air filter, low restriction slipon mufflers and open intake. Carb work, 2 #washers on stock needle and about 21/2 turns out on the idle mix screw. If the carb sneezed I just tweaked the needle out just a tad until the sneezing stopped. I've recently installed a the Sporster needle with no washers and adjust the screw accordingly. This is feeding a 95" kit w/203 cams.
Listen to Foxster. Carb fart is an indication of a lean condition. Bump up the idle jet size.
Its much easier to adjust the accelerator pump first. If there is any delay in the initial fuel squirting in the carb when you blip the throttle, that is also a lean condition. its a simple screw adjustment. try that first, if it doest work put it back where it was and then play with your jets. or you can listen to Foxter. By the way, I have a Mikuni hsr 42 and I went trough the same issue. I changed my jets many times, changed my needle, raised and lowered the needle and it still farted. The last thing I did was adjust the pump, and that solved the problem. so anyone suggesting to buy a mikuni to fix the problem is not giving good advice.
