Update, going to dealer this afternoon. Will take bike there and tell them to fix it on their dime. If they don't fix it, give me a new bike! 3000 miles had enough!
Game over, will let you know the outcome when it is over. Hunting season is here and won't ride as much now. Going archery moose in two weeks!!!
Awesome look forward to a possible resolution. I'd have them check chain tightness, compensator bolt, and measure runout of your crankshaft if they're paying for it. .these items would cause an excessive vibration if everything else is good, which you've already checked.
Recurve or Compound? I missed the last two years of elk hunting in NM. Going out next year with my dad.

Hey guys, I am going to go and pick up the bike tomorrow, as I had enough of the dealer stuff. I will take the primary cover off myself to check everything out in there. Because the bolt on the compensator is lock tighted, you would have to remove it clean it and re torque it with red locktite. The manual says to torque to 100 ft lbs, back it off one turn and then torque to 140 ft lbs. I would wait overnight to ride and test it, so locktite is set. I don't think I will have time to do this before my hunt, but I will post if, when I find what is causing the vibration...
I am using a compound bow to hunt( mathews chill), wicked bow I just bought in June. I hope I get some action!!!
So I go to the dealer and he says its fixed!!!
The dealer said it was the pipes, which I had re-mounted myself but did not tell them. I had run the bike with no shields on the pipes because the rear shield looked very close to the timing cover and it still vibrated. The owner of the dealership told me that the rear shield was touching the timing cover and I said then why is there no marks on the paint on the timing cover??? The bike vibration is gone, reved it to 5500 RPM. Some vibration, but normal for a dyna. I am a little puzzled in that I don't beleive it was the pipes??? I have been riding HD's since about 1980 and have never taken a bike to a dealer, I just took this one in there because of the warranty. I think that the 12 103 do vibrate alot more than the 2 09's I had.
I hope this helps someone, but I don't think they were straight with me...
