2007 Dyna sprocket issue
I have a 2007 street bob. While riding on the parkway the pulley belt popped off. When I got off the road I noticed three of my five sprockets had backed out and gone. The other two were bent jamme into the pulley. I only put on 1450 miles since I bought the bike. The Harley dealership I was towed too said it was a maintenance issue my dealership said it was a Dyna issue. Either way I need it fixed and want to knowthat I will be safe. I have only been riding 1 1/2 years and this is my first Harley. The dealer said this is a known Dyna issue then why was the bike sold? Can it be made safe? Any guidance I how I should handle this? The dealership is dealing directly with Harley. Any help is welcomed. Thanks.

Just happened to me this past wednesday. The only difference is that I had my rear wheel relaced to an 18" hoop. I took the wheel back to the shop that trued it and mounted everything and they said theyd take care of me. I really don't see what it is with the dynas that is causing this.
