Those LED's are slicker than snail snot. Won't even notice them when not on. Are you going to do the dual connection for running lights and turn signal both?

No Im just going to use them as turn signals. But the rears will be mini bullets and I bought the module which will make the rears both turn signals as well as brake lights along with my main brake light. As you can see I have the 4 point docking hardware but I hate how the big rear turn signals look attached to them. So the new smaller turn signals will be drilled into the fender on either side of my rear light. And my last project hopefully will be putting new tires and wheels on it.

Maybe some wheels the same sizes as your other bike. The WG model seems to handle OK with the increased rake and 21".

I've heard of 4" risers being used with stock hose and cables. Shoot, it's getting more complicated, the deeper I get into this...
Cycler, that's one hell of a nicely modded Dyna you have there. Not much original but the frame.

Thanks guys for all the great input. I reallyappreciate it.
If you put stock street bob cable's on your bike you can comfortably run up to 14" bars and up to 16" I hear. If you wanna try the sportster bars for a different hand position without changing cables or risers lemme know.

Dealer told me today that MOCO"s advice to customers is, if there is a change of more than 1 1/2", hose, cables, and wiring have to be changed. That didn't help at all. tomp

Local HD dealer told me that more than 2" would require new cables. That same day, I bought the Harley 4" risers from that very same dealer and had an indie to install with original cables.....no issues.

I put Street Bob bars on my 2011 FXDC and didn't have to change any cables.

It's a lot more comfortable, those stock bars made my wrists hurt and were very uncomfortable

Did you retain the stock risers with the bars? I was also told that the bars used on the 07/8 Softail Custom worked with the risers and no changes, just rerouting of cables, etc. The Softail bars are 1 1/4" taller with the same basic pullback and width as the street Bob Bars.

http://s7d1.scene7.com/s7/brochure/f...ebarDimensions here's the handle bar specs for Harley bars. Nice link to save... tp

BTW, I love the boards on your bike. MOCO now has the complete kit for $400.00. I like the mids, but my previous three Harleys had boards. Do they take some of the stress of the lower back for you? I'm 5'10" w a 31" inseam....

Ordered 4 1/2" x 1 1/2" risers from BK today. Looks like it will give me the same hand/arm height that the Street Bob bars do for only $35.00. Will help me decide if I want to actually change bars or just keep the risers at the height that the stock bars will be when installed. Still need to see if the wrist position works w/o pain....Wonder how Beach Bars look/work on a Custom? Hee Hee Hee.....

Thanks for the assistance from all here. Great site, great members..... tomp dd50
