Viking Tool Bag as Battery Bag?
No, its just a bag you can mount on your battery box or cover. I'm shopping around for one myself.

I also suggest anyone having trouble flat-footing on their bike, to skip this mod. But I have no such issues and the width of the bag, doesn't seem to make much of a difference. When I put my foot down, my right leg rests over the front of the bag. After using it a week, I don't really feel as though it's in the way. I just know it's there, that's all.
It's useful for carrying everything I don't want in my back pockets (wallet and phone) with room for my sunglass' case, or spare gloves. A beer would fit nicely. Just a quick check with my hand, alleviates my OCD, assuring me they didn't fall off the bike 20 miles back.
The bag itself seams pretty sturdy, not likely to sag. The inside has a thin layer of plastic on the back, to which I added some 1/4" plastic sheet (about 4" high), where the bolts pass through. And the bag apparently has wire framing in the corners, to help it hold it's shape.
The twist-securing **** is redundant, in my opinion, as the Velcro seems like it would be sufficient to keep this thing closed. And the bag would look better without it. Maybe a chrome plastic skull, covering the clasp, is in order.
