Need some help!! weird sound

I just installed some vance and hines pipes last night and now a wierd sound has popped up. You know when you turn the key and wait for that engine light to go off the electric sound you here, it sounds like that at the same time only louder and it is coming from my gas tank it sounds like. I started it up for a second without the fuelpak on it but i only did that for a second that shouldnt of hurt anything. I need some help this is worrying me to death

That's your fuel pump inside the tank.
