Just wondering if anyone had any experience with these?

I have been looking at tunes to add to my bike. I am also interested if anyone has experience with this setup.

Buddy of mine runs the Pyle speakers with a 100 watt amp on his Heritage. Even with the larger amp and massive windshield, he said he can't really hear much at highway speeds.

Im really asking for experiences cause I have a buddy that is thinking about getting these. I personally dont think I would run these or any handlebar speaker mount system. I am fine with my headphones for now but I may eventually move up to either a full fairing with a radio or Joe's Fork Bag radio.
