The 'chunky' wheel and tire on the FB won't slide out with the calipers in place - you have to remove at least one caliper and hang it out of the way before you can remove the wheel/tire.

Yuuup! Had to remove at least one caliper. Decided to remove both and clean them.

From what I remember, it is also recommended to replace the rotor bolts with new ones if you are removing the rotors.

Put something like a piece of a 2x4 or as think between the front brake lever and the grip, you don't want to accidently squeeze the lever, squeeze the brake pads together.
