Default help with moving forward on my 10 fxdc

I am a little too far back from the bars & foot controls for my liking on my 2010 superglide custom looking for some options, any suggestions? Any seats that are comfortable but move you forward? I only need about 3 inches..Thanks for the help

I just put a reduced reach seat on a 2008 fxd made quite a bit of difference, moves you forward, never measured it but there is a big difference, someone said the touring seat also moves you forward and down, I also have a sundowner seat it moves you up a little but not forward at all. good luck with the seats been through 6 trying to find the right one everyone is a little different,

I had a reduced reach seat and it definitely moves you forward. But after a while it would make my backside hurt because the padding was too firm.

Thanks, I appreciate the info. Have you put many miles on with the reduced reach seat?

agree with bd it is a very firm seat ,only have short runs on it no long trips, back and forth to work 36 miles, in ohio and the weather is changing here might be a while till I can get a long run. like the looks of the seat bd has in picture is it forward like the reduced reach.

Reduced reach forward controls allow you to use a comfortable non nut crushing seat. They aren't available for pre-06 Dynas, so I was left to experiment with seats like jojo2dog. I finally settled on a low profile La Pera Silhouette Deluxe seat. It made the difference for me without having to go with the aforementioned nut crusher.

Yes I do have forwards. Odd part is on the fat bob and FXDL I reach fine but the FXDC is like someone moved the seat back too far for the short guy
