Actually the shifting has been a little stiff. I changed tranny fluid from Royal Purple to Amsoil HD and thought that was why. Would drag be adjustment or fluid?
Well it could be both, first like all the guys say check the adjustment in the clutch and then the cable.
Running to heavy a fluid will make the clutch drag also, you should be running a 10w30 in the primary, never run a gear lube.
If that does not take care of it then you probably have a warped clutch plate.
A clutch that is not disengaging; to thick a fluid; or warped plate will keep pressure on the transmission gears and keep the dogs from releasing thus your stiff shifting and if is real bad make the bike creep.
A worn clutch will slip.

I use a primary oil specifically for clutch from Drag specialty. I just checked fluid level. Good. I re adjusted clutch basket with lever tension released. Took it out 1/2 turn and locked nut. Good. Re set lever at 1/8 " play. Tranny fluid full. Off to test.
The pull is normal. I really don't know what weight it is. I have been using for about 2 years and works well. It says primary only and Drag Specialty has a good name. It is petro based. I had a tech at HD say never to use Synthetic in primary. What I did change was tranny oil. I went from Royal Purple tranny which is very light to Amsoil which is a 75/90 Heavy duty. The only reason I changed is its getting hard to find the RP. So you don't think going a full turn will help?

Nope think about it, this puts more space between the rod that goes through the transmission and the clutch so the rod has to move that extra distance the half turn equals so you loose that much pull, and the clutch drags even more.
What does it look like with the Darby cover off when you pull it. How far does it pull.
Like I said it could be a warped clutch plate but you need to eliminate every thing else first.
