Mine turned into a "baby bagger" or an "urban bagger" My desire was for a nimble bike, good performance and the ability to take on trips. Found the balance I was looking for.

Well, I've taken mine in several directions but the current direction is my sig pic.

I have a windshield, 3 different seat setups, and bags I can remove so in that way it is set up for convenience and comfort. However, I've also taken some cues from more of a bobber sytle with the color of my bags & some other small stuff. I guess my bike is unique, which is what I wanted. I've also done some performance mods, so it's no slouch either.

So, I guess in summary my bike is set up for comfort/convenience with some bobber cues & some performance mods....some of all 3 I guess.

I've got the Dyna set up club/outlaw style, also have all the creature comforts for year-round riding, and long distances.

I have my Crossbones as the "show piece" so to speak. Even with the slammed rear, tall apes, and low-profile seat, shes still a pleasure to ride. And it looks good

Funny you should ask. I haven't completely decided what my SB is gonna end up as. I modified some hard bags to fit around the shocks, and added 12'5" Progressive 412's for a better ride and to give me more clearance for the bags and cornering. I plan on adding the Intiminators and single rate springs to completer the suspension. I just got a QR batwing fairing and I have a QR tourpak and QR sissybar. I'm set up for multiple configurations, but still haven't decided on a final look. I will paint it this winter as soon as I decide on a scheme and what fenders I want to match the bags (or a bagger look). The prob is I see so many badass bikes on the forum I can't decide on a direction to stick with.
I am wide open to suggestions especially on paint schemes!

This is what I'm working with:

Began mine with a Street Rod plan perhaps with a street fairing but I found I was doing longer cruise type riding so it Morphed into the Fat Glide you see below.

I wanted a bobber Darth Vader would be proud to ride, but the realities of a 60 mile freeway commute drove me in a different direction. I still love the look of a bobber, but it just wasn't fun on the freeway.

I've seen some crazy-*** garage made choppers out here splitting right behind me, so maybe I'm just not hard enough.

Cool setup, I always liked that road glide fairing. Cool car in the background too

My FXR, is my "fun" bike. In the beginning stages of tear down right now.

The Dyna(SB), is probably going to look similar to SquidHead's first rendition.

Never really went with a style on any build. Just kind of allowed things to flow. Occasionally backpedal and work around things.

SO far the factory apes on the Bob are surprisingly comfortable. But they're tweaked, so I need to snag another set of bars, just having a hard time deciding, thinking of the R6C bars. A ProPipe on this bike, my wife has picked out a sissy bar, and run it for a while. Once she is comfortable, THEN I will maybe build an engine for it...

But, I see my FXR getting a big engine before the Dyna.
